MD troopers release video of tractor-trailer striking officer same week they announce truck parking crackdown #trucking

So last week, Maryland troopers announced a crackdown against truck parking along I-83 beginning Friday, and on Thursday (by coincidence?) they release dash-cam video of trooper David Avila being struck by a tractor-trailer on I-70...an event which occurred in June. Police authorities have proven themselves to be great self-promoters. Channeling their subtle propaganda techniques to DOT officials to push for increasing safe truck parking--that would be awesome!
