The daughter of the late Sen. Robert F. Kennedy and ex-wife of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, was arrested after sideswiping a tractor-trailer two months ago. Kerry Kennedy was charged with driving while impaired after bouncing off of a truck and exiting the freeway with a flat tire.
