CSA flawed, truckers tell congressional panel #trucking

A congressional subcommittee panel heard Thursday that CSA scores unfairly hurt trucking companies with good histories. Lawmakers have been fielding complaints from their trucking constituents about the FMCSA program since its inception. 40% of approximately 500,000 American trucking companies have negative marks on their CSA scores.
