Arrow truckers to receive back pay soon says court

TULSA, OK -- Christmas 2009 may finally arrive for former drivers of bankrupt Arrow Trucking Company. According to the bankruptcy trustee former employees who have filed claims will soon be compensated for back wages.

Nearly 900 Arrow truckers were left stranded nationwide on Dec 22, 2009 learning of the company's closure when their fuel cards no longer worked. Arrow filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy on January 8, 2010.

Arrow's liabilities are estimated at $98.97 million. The estate has about $3.5 million in cash from which the back wages will be paid.
