A female truck driver in Texas is claiming her civil rights were violated in a suit filed Oct. 24 against Central Refrigerated Service, Inc. in U.S. District Court in Texas. Kathleen Robledo says she was fired by the company after complaining that her male supervisor showed her a pornographic video. The incident occurred at a truck stop in Texas while she and the supervisor were en route for training in Utah.
