A Oklahoma man is asking for $1 million in U.S. District Court in a fuel spill slip at a truck stop in Virginia 4 years ago. Richard Walker claimed Love's Travel Stop at Toms Brook was negligent by not cleaning up a fuel spill the plaintiff slipped in causing unspecified injuries. Love's attorney in the original state court suit said that his client had no control over the alleged negligence and that the plaintiff did not suffer the injuries to the extent claimed, if at all.
