L.A. and another 405 freeway closure "Carmageddon" sequel

Officials are hoping that the closure of the 405 freeway in Los Angeles at the end of September will have the same result as last year's "Carmageddon" closure--everyone stays home. The shut-down is for completion of bridge work.
