A judge has ordered the insurer of a trucking company responsible for dumping goo along 40 miles of PA Turnpike last year to pay multiple claims. About 1,000 vehicles were mucked up during heavy Thanksgiving traffic when a tanker carrying asphalt flux spewed its load for miles before a trooper pulled it over. The insurer claims the trucking company's coverage of $1 million liability would not cover all the claims.
