Connecticut DOT opens newly renovated service plaza

"The first of 23 Connecticut highway service plazas to be completely renovated – with a series of “green” features – reopened Thursday (April 21) in North Haven on the southbound side of the Wilbur Cross Parkway. The work began in July 2010 by Project Service LLC, which has a 35-year contract with the state to renovate and operate the service plazas."
