"Honesdale, Pa. -- Recently PennDOT posted state roadways in Wayne County. This means that maximum weight limits are in effect for those roads. This was done in preparation for the anticipated large volume of heavy truck traffic associated with the Marcellus gas drilling. The posting, however, will apply to all heavy trucks using the Wayne County roadways. Local and regional trucking companies and businesses using large trucks to deliver their goods over these roadways have expressed questions about how this will affect their business."
