Ex-Arrow CEO Pielsticker files list of 41 creditors in personal bankruptcy
TULSA -- Former Arrow Trucking CEO Doug Pielsticker, who filed a personal bankruptcy liquidation petition in Dallas on Monday, has named 41 creditors to whom he owes between $10 million and $50 million.
