Pitt-Ohio to build new terminal

PITTSBURGH, PA -- Pitt-Ohio Express LLC, purchased about 54 acres of land in Harmar, PA on Thursday and plans to build a new terminal facility there, according to CEO Chuck Hammel, as reported in the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.

The new terminal, which will be built to environmentally friendly standards, will have 100 doors, six bays, a truck wash and a 30,000- to 40,000-square-foot office.

The company plans to keep offices in the Strip District with 150 employees.
