TULSA, OK -- Doug Pielsticker, the former CEO of bankrupt Arrow Trucking, was jailed last Sunday in Bryan County, OK for a bad check complaint out of Florida. Pielsticker was stopped near the town of Colbert for speeding. When the officer ran his name through the National Crime Information Center the outstanding warrant from Florida was discovered.
A complaint filed Aug. 6 in Suwannee County, Florida alleges that Pielsticker passed a worthless paycheck for $1,015.73 on Dec. 11, 2009. Pielsticker spent 31 hours in jail before posting $2,500 bail. The Florida plaintiff, like hundreds of other Arrow truckers, had been stranded on Dec. 22, 2009 when the company shuttered operations.
