Norbert-Dentressangle was founded in 1979 as a cross-channel shipper between the UK and France. They doubled in size with the acquisition of the Christian Salvesen logistics company in 2007.
The current move adds seven operational centers in the United States and two in China. In 2009, the company had revenues of €2.7 billion.
