Volvo Trucks of North America is recalling 1,496 VHD and VN model trucks manufactured between 2002-2012 for faulty D-ring welds which may fail seat belt pull tests. Volvo will notify owners, and dealers will replace the suspected D-ring, free of change. The safety recall is expected to begin on or before December 17, 2012.
