Michigan's Interstate 96 shooter strikes again, Feds offer reward

Cops are on the hunt for a shooter who is terrorizing commuters on I-96 in southwest Michigan, shutting down part of the freeway on Monday while investigating the latest incidents of gunfire. Two shootings over the weekend are linked to a spree of 24 random incidents stretching back weeks. One man was shot in the hip Sunday, but was later released from the hospital. Federal officials and CrimeStoppers of Michigan offered a $102,000 reward on Monday.
