A new contraption unveiled at the ATA convention in Las Vegas this week is designed to shut down a driver's truck if he uses his cell phone. The "Origo" system is a cell docking station which prevents the truck from starting if the cell phone is not docked, and tracks phone usage while in motion. The device will bring vehicle to a full stop after a pre-established number of minutes.
