A California trucking outfit sued by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in 2011 has agreed to pay $630,000 settlement stemming from charges of harassment based on race and ethnicity. Scully Distribution Services has since been bought out by another company. Black, Latino and Asian employees alleged they endured numerous racial slurs.
