Port Authority police arrested a tractor-trailer driver for changing a number on one of his license plates to avoid tolls. Arrested was Wiston Montas-Alejos, 25, of Paterson, NJ. The altered number--the "6" made to look like an "8"--belongs to another company and police are investigating how many times they have been erroneously charged tolls.
