Ohio River Bridges project breaks ground in Louisville...finally.

Decades of talk and planning have culminated in the ground-breaking Aug. 30 of the first phase of the Louisville-Southern Indiana Ohio River Bridges project. The 2.6 billion dollar expansion was first discussed in 1969.
