A man arguing with a relative in New York while sitting at the Pilot Truck Stop in Alexandria, Minnesota was confronted by The Douglas County SWAT team. Peter Mittlefehlt, 56, of Wisconsin, was arrested for terroristic threats because of phone conversations and text messages to the relative. No mention if weapons the relative claimed Mittlefehlt possessed were discovered.
