Volvo truck shipments rise 62 percent

Shipments of Volvo trucks surged 62 percent from year-over-year in January as recovery in commercial vehicles markets continues. Unit shipments of its line of truck vehicles rose 78 percent in Europe and 83 percent in North America. Deliveries were up 51 percent in Asia.

Volvo is the 2nd largest maker of commercial trucks in the world.
