The offices have been listed for sale at $3 million since July with no offers. The mortgage principal and interest exceeds the value of the property and the mortgage holder's attorney expects the properties to sell at Sheriff's auction within 30 to 45 days.
Back in July, the trustee sold Arrow’s 26-acre maintenance facilities to Miller Truck Lines of Stroud, OK for $1.6 million.
