NTSB blames driver fatigue in 2009 Oklahoma crash

WASHINGTON, DC -- The National Transportation Safety Board released a report Tuesday blaming driver fatigue for a crash which killed 10 on the Will Rogers Turnpike last summer. One NTSB board member pointed out that the 77-year-old driver showed little responsibility by failing to wear a safety belt. The board also recommended that collision avoidance technology and video recorders become standard issue on all tractor trailers.
